30-Day Return Policy

At TS Seller, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [insert contact details] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly state the reason for your return and provide your order number and item details. Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item(s) with the original packing slip and affix the RMA number on the package.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection. TS Seller is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Processing

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability, and certain conditions may apply.

Exceptions
